Do I need new streaming software?
No. Paste the RTMP URL and stream key from OBS, Zoom, Restream or any tool you already use. StreamVibe handles the ticket wall and delivery.
How fast do fans get access?
Under a minute. Payment is confirmed by webhook, a unique viewing token is issued to that account, and the receipt plus access link is emailed automatically.
Can someone share the link with friends?
The watch page checks for a valid ticket on every visit, and stream URLs are signed and short-lived, so a copied link opens the purchase page instead.
How do I withdraw my money?
Request a transfer of your available balance to M-Pesa or your bank account. Transfers settle within the standard Paystack window.
Will international fans be able to buy?
Yes. Price in KES or USD and accept international Visa and Mastercard alongside M-Pesa.
